How to solve the problem of the coolant flow from the base cylinder bottom of the sander machine?
If there is oil flowing out of the barrel, do not worry about the oil running into the material. The reason is: when the sand mill is in operation, the pressure of the material in the cylinder is higher than the pressure of the coolant in the oil hood, so only the possibility of the material entering the oil hood coolant. When the sand mill is not in use, the oil cannot enter the barrel due to the tension of the oil. At this time, the sealing surface of the dynamic and static ring of the mechanical seal is used to prevent the material from running into the oil.
A. Oil leakage from the connection part of the coolant joint on the oil hood
You can directly observe with your eyes or use a napkin to press the joint root to see if there is oil on the tissue?
Solution: Remove the connector and wind a small amount of fine twine or cotton yarn around the root of the joint thread, and then wrap a small amount of Teflon tape on it.
B. Skeleton oil seal leak
After confirming that there is no oil leakage from the connection part of the coolant connector on the oil hood, wipe off the remaining oil under the oil hood, and put a piece of white paper about 25 cm long and about 4 cm wide under the oil hood. Observe it after 20 ~ 30 minutes Does the paper have oil? If there are traces of oil, you should carefully observe whether it is oil or butter? According to the location of the oil marks on the white paper, is it a residual oil or a skeleton oil seal leakage?
Solution: The skeleton oil seal and the mechanical seal moving ring are dynamic seals. A small amount of oil leakage is allowed. It is normal to leak a drop in 30-40 minutes. If the leakage is too much, the skeleton oil seal needs to be replaced. At this time, we should pay attention to the position where the mechanical seal moving ring matches the skeleton oil seal. Are there any deep wear marks on the outer ring of the moving ring? If so, the moving ring and the skeleton oil seal should be replaced together.
C. When the cooling liquid in the oil cover on the machine base returns to the oil tank and splashes onto the machine base cover, the oil flows to the four sides due to the tension of the oil and flows down the discharge pipe.
Solution: Add a plastic film sleeve under the oil cover to prevent the oil from splashing around.
