Disperser operating procedures
Before Run
1. Check whether the oil level of the dispersing machine is filled to the specified position, the low level should be added to the specified oil level, and the high level should be put to the specified position.
2. Check whether the V-belt is tight.
3. The impeller should be turned flexibly without any friction.
4. Check whether each fastener is loose and whether there is leakage in each sealing part.
5. Turn on the main motor of the disperser and check whether the rotation direction of the stirring is the same as the direction specified by the equipment.
6. Make sure the above inspection work is correct before driving.
Run
1. Place the impeller in the center of the container of the disperser and press the down button to descend to the lowest position or required position.
2. The two handles must be locked before driving.
3. Turn on the main motor and press the button according to the speed required for operation.
4. During the operation, pay attention to the current frequently. If overload operation is found, stop the machine to check the reason, and then continue to operate the disperser after taking measures.
Stop
1. Stop the main motor first to stop all the impellers.
2. Turn on the disperser up button to raise the main shaft impeller above the container and clean the impeller.
